I took a tour here and had a pretty good experience. The staff was nice and welcoming, and they answered all my questions. The Townhomes looked clean, modern, and had good enough space. I'd definitely consider living here!

I’ve had such a great experience thanks to Sophia at the 500 Apartments. She’s always professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime I had a question or needed help, she responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and kind in this field, and she truly makes living here a better experience.

Please fix the fly problem, there are so many flies no matter how clean the apartment is because there are many many flies due to the drain grate on the first floor outside

Great experience at this apartment complex! The place is very well-maintained, but what truly makes a difference is the service. I want to especially highlight Jimena's great work and kindness; she was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on her face. Highly recommended!

You can tell the property manager is nice just by the way if ever she puts a notice on your door she will knock or ring the doorbell at least so that you know unlike other property managers and to me that’s the littlest thing that I’ve noticed & appreciate it goes without saying that she’s a kind person. We never had problems living there. They’re professional personable and well maintained.

Quiet neighborhood. They have small gym, pool, and 24hr dogbpark.
