Such a nice manager but such a let down moving in. Iâm so upset I want to cry. Nothing about this unit was âmove in readyâ. And as for fixing things that are seriously wrong or not okay. They wonât. Iâve been told that even though the door looks like itâs taken a beating, they wonât replace it. As for the blinds they said âyeah we cut to fitâ they are not! They are all uneven and the tracks are broken, and they donât close. There is so much more that I canât even list. The fact that I donât even feel comfortable in my own home kills me. And after speaking to tenants that were moving out and reading reviews I am terrified that when I go to move out it is going to be an even issue as this complex iamb run down, not updated properly and the condition of this unit was and is appalling. It wasnât even cleaned before move in.
Nothing has been done and no communication has been made. I have reached out so many times and the manager never calls back and never responds. I have to physically walk into the office and hope to god sheâs actually working and not out for the day like she often is.
Now our AC will not work among all the other things that need to be fixed, this complex does not care and takes the cheapest way out of things. On top of the AC not working I was now told that we are not able to run our AC lower than 72 degrees. How the hell are you going to tell me how cool I can keep my house and the fact that their ac system âcanât handle itâ is a problem and them taking the cheap route on yet another thing. It is hotter than hell in this house. Do not move here unless you enjoy a house that sits at 75 degrees or hotter with no way to get it colder. I canât sleep because of how hot and uncomfortable it is. I have never heard of a unit that has an AC that âcanât handleâ the temperature. I lived in Saint George and was able to run my ac at whatever damn temperature I wanted and it held it.
My screen door keeps getting âfixedâ. Itâll open and close for a day or so then pops right out off the track, nothing stays. My screen door is broken again. Nothing gets fixed. My blinds are still broken and look horrible and the response I get is âthatâs how they areâ. Itâs embarrassing bringing friends to my house.
The power is constantly shut off as well as water with no warning. And for an entire day to a couple days. I woke up this morning to maintenance saying the power will be off until 3 pm. There was no warning.
This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. And I have lived here before. I was worried about moving here again, and now it makes sense why I was so wary of moving here, last time around they honestly were more run down but they are worse than they were years ago. And this is with new management. Their âremodelâ is in the cheapest way possible. This is not an updated unit nor is it any type of luxury or nice town home. Pay more and go somewhere else.
I literally want to cry everyday because I am stuck here. This complex is a joke. Do not move here. Do not waste your money. Do not waste your time.
