So glad we moved! Our water was turned off AT LEAST once a month since we moved in to just "patch" their water problems rather than fix it! There were "CAM" charges that made no sense and we're raised without explanation each month since we moved in, supposedly to cover cleaning expenses of the complex in the summer and salt to be thrown on ice in the winter! There was mold, cockroaches and mice, from time to time and I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I rented here from 11/2012 until 08/2013. On the day we moved in, we were told we were signing a lease for the exact same townhome we had walked through... that was the first lie. The day we signed in, the stove and fridge were both non-functional and filthy. The toilet upstairs was overflowing. Several of the outlets and one lightswitch didn't even work. We tried so hard to get out of the lease but were unsuccessful. We complained at least twice a week for the next 9 months about the leaking ceilings and bad plumbing and nothing was fixed. Finally, in late August, my husband and I spent a weekend with family in Ogden. We got back to the townhouse at 11PM on Sunday. ALL of the doors and windows were wide open, and as soon as we got out of the car, the smell of damp mold hit us. The apartment was totally flooded on both floors. All furniture and books and guitars... ruined. We also discovered that the flood began on Friday night, and the maintenance guys had left all our doors and windows open all weekend. No one called to tell us. In addition to the flood, we also had over $6000 worth of stuff stolen because our apartment was left totally open to everyone. our non-water damaged items were left where they lay. Thank God for Allstate, who had us covered. But Gisela Moyer argued with me, first saying we had to finish out our lease in a trashed apartment, then that we still had to pay at least September's rent. We didn't in the end, after we had an attorney call her. But she made it a month-long hassle just to get our deposit back. Stay far away. It's cheap, but it is an honest-to-God ghetto with a slumlord running it.

This has to be one of the worst apts around. They show you the nice model then get you to sign a lease. When you go to you apt ITS TOTAL JUNK.There is mold throughout the apt the tile counter is missing tiles plus black mold between tile cracks. In 6 months the water has been off 15 - 20 days. There has NOT been hot water for 3 days straight. It just dont get much worse then The 500 Townhome apts.

This place is ran by crocks. Renter's beware. I never lived there. When I visit the grounds to look around got very discouraged. Talked to 7 tenants and none had any positive feedback. The homes look ran down and well lived in. If you are looking for a stereotype getto or trailer park, well this would be it. If your just looking for a apartment to teach you a life lesson about getting ripped off then this place is for you. Good luck. Info advertised on there web sit does not support there location. This place is a scam. Be warned.

WORST place ever. I have lived here for quite a while (close to 2 years). In that time, I have been left without heat for extended periods of time. Left without air conditioning twice for a month's time. Also, the apartment by mine had a rat infestation problem. When the problem started spreading, they did nothing. Left me in an electrical hazard for a month...until I threatened to call the health department. Not to mention there is STILL a baby diaper in my vent from the renters previously, and I have asked them for 2 years to have it removed. Water constantly goes out. if you want maintenance done, you are going to have to wait at least a month, if not longer.

DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU, when you first speak with the office they make it sound great and wonderful. After you move in things turn for the worse and you can't get anything resolved. I have lived here for 4 months and I am still waiting for repairs from my move in. It got to the point that I called and have the Utah State Health Department come in to inspect the place. That was 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. The complex is getting Fined and Billed each day they don't resolve the issues. When you speak to the office about it they say "Its not our place to tell the owners where and how to spend their money." I've heard that "AMC LLC" the management company is lazy, but this goes past being lazy. All they care about is making a paycheck and getting their clients money. STAY WAY FROM THIS COMPLEX. Save your self the stress of worrying if the Roof will fall in on you why you are sleeping. Or if the BANG at 2:30 AM is just the "Dumpster Rat" or the complex Drug Dealer getting shot.

Things don't get repaired quickly if at all, and you have to hound them 2-3 times a week just to get anything done. The apartments are starting to fall apart and need major renovations. We haven't had a fully working stove in the 4 months we've been living here and pieces are missing from basically all the other appliances. The furnace didn't work right for about the first three months we were here because of a bad thermostat and a pipe being broken in the closet and constantly going into the office was the only way to get it repaired. The bathroom door upstairs is completely splitting in half and has been on their "list of repairs" since we moved in. All the outside doors and windows leak air like nothing else and during a wind storm we had leaves coming in through center of the sliding glass door while it was closed. Also, we asked 4 times while signing the lease if utilities were shared or individual and were told that there was a meter for each apartment for water, gas, and electricity, just found out with the first utility bill that it's actually shared for all utilities except power which made the bill about double what it has been at other places.
