Horrible place to live! Read your lease carefully, they turned my 12 month lease into a 14 month lease. Daily police activity. NOT A SAFE ENVIROMENT. Took 3 months to get repairs in bathroom. Spend your money elsewhere.

Its really bad here. They lie, cheat and steal from their tenants. Not a good quality of life. Ghetto all the way, and way too much money for what it is. They nickel and Dim the crap out of you here. They make you pay for all their property taxes and operating expenses. Very bad Maintenance and poorly maintained buildings. Management are only sales people, nothing else. They do the switch and bait with the apartments and only show you the model never the actual apartment you are supposed to get. All upgrades are cheap and poorly installed. They just lie to get all your money. Loud dogs and children all day and night. For the price you can get something way better, don`t be fooled by these jerks!

Don`t Live here! Be aware be very aware. They do the Switch and Bait with apartments. They only show the model and never the actual apartment you are supposed to get. They changed our apartment 4 times before we could actually Move in. They say renovated, thats a joke! The Management is does absolutely nothing, they never fix anything. I have a neighbor whose bathtub is about to fall thru the roof and they refuse to fix it correctly. They make you pay for all the operating costs and property taxes. Totally Scam, Slum Lords. These people Need to be EVICTED from their business. Just awful totally awful!
