I have never been so disgusted to live in a place until we moved here. Seriously we aren't picky or high maintenance but I couldn't believe the many times I had to call in for something else that broke down. I don't even know where to begin. First let me say the staff are helpful at first and in some cases but when you have a really bad experience of living in there, it seemed they could careless or downplayed it. But here it is. We dealt with infested flies the first two weeks of moving there. Even the very fiest day we moved in I wanted out so bad. It drink so bad in there and big flies roming everywhere. The apartment wasn't super clean either with front windows seemed unsafe, dirty and no outside net as promised. Roaches started to show up the first couple weeks we moved in and never completely went away during our 9 miserable months there, even after the many best control treatments that only helped to control their appearance but not fully eliminate them. I bought my own treatment that finallg helped kept the roaches away a bit but not completely gone. The kitchen sink disposal stopped working more than twice, even the bathroom sink. The heater wasn't working at first and had to get a replacement. The water heater broke down and flooded our entire kitchen, not once but twice then flooded the hall ways and part of the living room, and statyed to get into the rooms, damaging rugs and stuff. It was a night mare. I couldn't believe the level of unprofessional work we received from the office. Don't be fool by the pictures online and you must go there first. A mistake we made not seeing the place first because they said its not ready yet, but had you signed the lease before. Won't do that again. Its really really old and everything breaks down often which I understand, but in here it was so bad. I am sure there are many things that can count for health violations in here. I don't get that we must pay our rents on time only to live like hell. It really was baaaaad. And to make it worst we had to break the lease, paid a huge amount even after everything we went thru just to get away. Even when we moved out the water heater was still broken, it only puts our hot water that they cant seemed to fixed for 2 weeks. And it kept getting cold after that. I had to boil water for my babies' bath. I mean come on, I don't mind sometimes but really, we didn't get what we paid for. And charges for unnecesaries fees to maintain the grounds etc but not really. Dogs pooped everywhere even at the kids playground. Someone needs to take this management to court. The funniest thing I have heard from couple of their own staff admitting that the office people don't know what they are talking about and they know how bad things are but aren't willing to make the change or fix things really. Lol. That right there says it all. They are ripping people off literally. This review is for Le Vail Chateau (2016-2017), I would give it a -10 if I could. Highly DOES NOT recommend unless you are cool to deal with what we went thru. Stay away.

I wish I could put a -5 stars! DO NOT LIVE HERE! They lie, they steal, turn off water weekly and mich more! They could care less about there renters. When you call in they get really nasty with you. I have never had worse costumer service. I also had a service dog and they wanted me to pay for him. They do not follow the laws. Again THEY LIE AND STEAL! Worst experience!

I wish I could put a -5 stars! DO NOT LIVE HERE! They lie, they steal, turn off water weekly and mich more! They could care less about there renters. When you call in they get really nasty with you. I have never had worse costumer service. I also had a service dog and they wanted me to pay for him. They do not follow the laws. Again THEY LIE AND STEAL! Worst experience!

First off when I lived there they had no business licence, the name 500 was still available to buy so they were totally doing business fraudulently. When I asked to see their licence she showed me one for another apartment complex with a different name, different address and different number of units. The rest if the story goes as follows. They pulled the bait and switch on me showing me a nice unit and wouldnt show me my unit until I moved in. Even though I put a deposit down 2 months in advance they switched my unit twice which I think was to not let me actually see my place. On move in day I showed up with my uhaul and my unit was not ready andbwould not be ready for 3 more days. I was mad and they changed my unit again and I got to move into a unit that was not move in ready. It took them 4 to 5 months to bring my unit up to a normal habitable place to live and I had to make complaints to the health department to get them to do some of the work. I found myself wondering why dis I pay for this? My new neighbors were noisey drug users. Sleeping all day and slamming doors and fighting all night. We tried to complain to the office and we were treated like we were the problem and they went out of their way to take the druggies side of the story because they had lived their longer. And for complaining my car started to get vandalized by the kid who lived there. My neighbors to the other side were nicer but they had a clogged kitchen sing and either they didnt get it fixed or the 500 wouldnt fix it. Anyway my sink and dishwasher were aleays overflowing and it totally ruinined the linoleum floor. When my lease came up for renewal they had their lawyer tell me they wouldnt renew my lease even thought they said they would sobI had to find a place and movr all in one week. There is more but they arent worth my time and I hope not yours. Thanks so much!

So when my roommate and I looked at the reviews online we were so concerned about our stay here. But we were able to comfortably address all those concerns with the staff and they were all very pleasant and helpful about the questions we've had. Very nice and when something needs a repair, everytime the repair man has fixed in a prompt time. We've never had an issue with bugs or rodents, ever. The place is obviously cheap but not unreasonable. Neighborhood is loud and a little old but tolerable. I've lived there for a year now and that's what my observations have been. Heads up, they'll list the rent price at $889 for a two bedroom but as you start the actual process, there's $10 for parking $10 for insurance however much they choose to charge you community matenince fees (usually $20), they say they cover water gas and trash but they just add it into the additional fees section (usually $50-$100 based on what your unit uses not specifically you) and $13 in taxes, which after all of that, instead of $889 you're more in the $1000s. Overall there wasn't anything outrageous so I've stayed for my designated lease time, but i will be moving out at the end of the lease cause I'm not gonna pay for them raising the lease. Not to bad though, not amazing either. Thus the 3 stars :) I will post more later in moving out if there's any helpful feedback on that
