EDIT: there response To my concerns are ridiculous. They claim I didn't tell them about my furry friend yet I paid monthly for it? They don't take responsibility for how crappy they are and won't change! LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. These people only care about your money and not you. They pride themselves on how big the apartment is but they showed us the model apartment that had a backyard that was 12ft wife. The one we got was half. Only 6 ft and the apartment was nothing like the model. They refuse to show you your but until move in day. We lived their for 9 months and the entire time was hell. They do random "inspections" every week so you spend your whole day hiding your pets. They are constantly doing construction. Seriously every single day. Plumbing system they have is terrible and nothing drains normally. They are nasty and don't care about customer service. We were one hour late on rent because of the bank and they charged us a $250 late fee. They delayed us getting a new apartment by waiting weeks to get back to new tenants then said negative things to try to get us to sign a lease again. NOT WORTH THE SPACE. Find somewhere else to live. Save yourself the stress.
