When we first moved in, it actually wasn't bad. We had a few minor things but maintenance was quick and friendly to fix it. I actually liked the maintenance lady she was very helpful and got things done in a timely manner. However as for the rest of the office staff, they don't communicate nobody knows what is going on there were new people consistently in there not being trained correctly, therefore you get screwed on your paperwork so if you plan on living here go ahead and just bring your lawyer from the jump to verify everything! Also they turned our water off for up to 8 hours a day at least once a week and they told everyone they fixed it and then a week later they were still shutting it off.... The only thing we had a problem with that never got fixed was our toilet, it didn't flush properly and we finally asked for a new one and never received it which I know isn't maintenance's fault. I would say you get what you pay for but you could certainly find better at this price honestly. Happy home hunting!
