READ THE WHOLE THING!!!! I lived here once upon a time a few years ago (I want to say 2014-2015) in an apartment floor plan and had a decent experience so I decided to move back. I was so excited about moving back that I had recommend my past roommates to move there as well. Which I knew would help out because they give a $200 credit to people who have recommended new move ins. My roommate had added in our names so that we could get that $200 off. Unfortunately, management refuses to give us that credit that we deserve. I later heard from my friend that had written me in as her recommendation that the manager said that he would take our names off the application just to add his friend on it to help his buddy out. Though I do love the new remodel and I love that my friends live near me, I feel totally taken advantage of. Especially since the main manager Brandon told my boyfriend that he would work hard to try and help us out due to the whole situation just to be rejected soon after. I would have rated this apartment at least a 4 if this had not happened but I have completely lost trust for our management team (with the exception of Angie, she is awesome). The place is nice and even included a small dog park, and other nice additions for the community but I DO NOT recommend trusting the management when it comes to promises that are not written in paper. I wish they would have just originally said they wouldn't help us instead of leading us on.
