Since I've moved in on January 11th 2019 , nothing on the checklist that they give you for the inspection of the apartment has been taken care of. The wood panel floor is bubbling up and is the worst in the bathroom around the toilet, it needs to be tended to before it gets worse and they try to hold me responsible. It is listed on my inspection form which was also turned in beginning of January. The bathroom door drags on the floor (also on the inspection form) but has not been fixed yet.Also the three light light fixture in the bathroom flickers for the occasional disco bath experience.The thermostat has been blinking replace battery since move in and the front door needs spackling and paint to fill in dents around keyhole lock and all over the door. Other than that everything is just peachy for now. Much Aloha

They always turn off water we call because our Heater turn off and never answer and now they said they are going to charge for after hours call it's your job to keep things fix that's why we pay rent never renting again here

If I could give the 500 Townhomes 0 stars I would. They are terrible apartments run by terrible people. Someone should burn that place to the ground.

this place is horrible they charge you for everything and they never clean the laundry this throws a disgust never cleans the broken machines do not respect the rules smoke in the apt and I do not recommend them never think to live in this horrible place

I have been waiting since September/October to have our shower faucet fixed. It won't turn off all the way amd keeps getting worse (I could almost shower without having to turn the water on)and I have made the office aware of the situation multiple times (when I can get through to them, of course). Maintenance claims to have fixed other apartments, but ours couldn't be fixed due to them not having the part. We were told this when we originally told them about the issue. I called again about a week ago and they said they scheduled maintenance to come yesterday 2/1 because my husband was off. They never showed up and they didn't even call us. I tried calling them once again this morning and nothing, no response. Now were stuck with the same issue and no resolution from the office or maintenance in regards to this.
