SO much has changed since the new management has taken over! Now I can say that I am excited and very pleased to live here at The 500 Townhome Apartments. Jacqueline is an amazing manager who is not only professional but understands the importance of being more personal with the residents in her care. Also, Angie is still my all time favorite head of maintenance, she can do just about anything. Thank you to the new management team for making me see how wonderful this place could be.

I have no idea why I pay any maintenance fee here this place is a dump 24/7. The trash has looked like this for weeks. Laundry room is even worse. Best part, I don't even have a dog!! It's borderline hazmat situation to walk anywhere here. Refuse to do laundry at risk of inhaling years of discarded dryer lint.

Since I've moved in on January 11th 2019 , nothing on the checklist that they give you for the inspection of the apartment has been taken care of. The wood panel floor is bubbling up and is the worst in the bathroom around the toilet, it needs to be tended to before it gets worse and they try to hold me responsible. It is listed on my inspection form which was also turned in beginning of January. The bathroom door drags on the floor (also on the inspection form) but has not been fixed yet.Also the three light light fixture in the bathroom flickers for the occasional disco bath experience.The thermostat has been blinking replace battery since move in and the front door needs spackling and paint to fill in dents around keyhole lock and all over the door. Other than that everything is just peachy for now. Much Aloha

They always turn off water we call because our Heater turn off and never answer and now they said they are going to charge for after hours call it's your job to keep things fix that's why we pay rent never renting again here
