I have never dealt with more a unprofessional group. I scheduled a tour, but when I showed up they told me they had nothing available to tour and acted as though they were surprised a tour had been scheduled. However, it became apparent that I was in fact on a schedule as she knew my name without my telling her. She also said that she would give me a call as soon as the apartment was ready to tour the following week. I still haven't been reached out to. Now I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but after talking with several people it seems like they were just being racist. At this point I wouldn't even want to rent there and I wouldn't suggest it to others.

Wow... I was going to check into this place as it is in an ideal location however after reading all the bad reviews dating back the past 6years we will be looking elsewhere. Im not interested in calling to discuss things further (these have been ongoing issues for 6 years) I dont want to be one to tell you how to do l/run your business but if I could give friendly advice... (1)If you're going to be shutting people's water off make sure to atleast give you're tenants a 24hr curtsey notice. (2)There have been alot of complaints of the maintenance obviously that individual is not doing her job properly or is overwhelmed with the amount of work on her shoulders, might consider hiring a second maintenance.

I have been waiting since September/October to have our shower faucet fixed. It won't turn off all the way amd keeps getting worse (I could almost shower without having to turn the water on)and I have made the office aware of the situation multiple times (when I can get through to them, of course). Maintenance claims to have fixed other apartments, but ours couldn't be fixed due to them not having the part. We were told this when we originally told them about the issue. I called again about a week ago and they said they scheduled maintenance to come yesterday 2/1 because my husband was off. They never showed up and they didn't even call us. I tried calling them once again this morning and nothing, no response. Now were stuck with the same issue and no resolution from the office or maintenance in regards to this. 5/24 this is seriously a joke. A few months ago we had issues with our washer. It took 2 WEEKS to fix and currently the sink in the kitchen has almost no pressure and is leaking. I called the office to have them come fix it on 5/22 they said they would have maintenance come by 5/23. She never showed up.. I called at 2 PM to ask where she was and was told we were next and she would be here shortly. Again, NEVER showed up. I called this morning at 9:45 am to ask why she never came and what the hell was going on because I can't do my dishes, shes OFF TODAY. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CALL REPEATEDLY TO GET AN ISSUE RESOLVED. There always seems to be something wrong and its treated like absolutely no big deal. I'm beyond frustrated.
