Two of my sons lived here for a year and they couldn't wait 'till their contracts were up to get out of there, because of the bed bugs, spiders and molds and mildew around the windows and a part of the wall. Their maintenance upkeep was very poor and delinquent. They found much better apartments, elsewhere, for about the same price. The apartment complex was directly accross the street from the old, abandoned Granite High School and the city was starting reconstruction over there and making alot of noise, but that was about two years ago. Who knows what it's like now. That's all I know about it, for now.
